This page explains in simple terms what personal data we collect when you fill in the contact form or write to the virtual assistant, how we store it, and what rights EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) gives you. For the full picture, see also the Privacy Policy.

1. Data controller

2. Data we store from requests

When you send a contact request, we store the following data, which is necessary to respond to your request:

First and last name — to address you personally.
Phone number — to be able to call you back or write to you on WhatsApp.
City — to understand your area and offer relevant services (in person in Basilicata and nearby areas, or remotely).
Message — the text you write in the form or chat, to keep your request on file and follow up on the conversation.
Date and time — to manage requests in order and comply with retention obligations.

Your first name, last name, phone number and city are linked to the conversation with the virtual assistant through a random identifier stored on your device, so you can find your chat history again. We never publish this data: it is visible only to Marianna Nardiello, in order to manage requests.

3. How we use the data

To respond to your request for contact or a consultation (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
To contact you back through the channels you indicated, including WhatsApp.
To keep your chat history so we can offer you a consistent service on future visits (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use this data for profiling or advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Where and for how long we keep the data

Request data (name, surname, phone number, city and message) is stored on a secure database managed by the controller and remains accessible only to Marianna Nardiello. We keep it for as long as necessary to handle the request and, for any legal obligations, for up to 10 years for tax documents. Conversations with the virtual assistant are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) gives you the following rights over your personal data:

Right of access (art. 15) — to know which of your data we hold.
Right to rectification (art. 16) — to correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure (art. 17) — to request the deletion of your data.
Right to restriction (art. 18) — to restrict processing in certain cases.
Right to data portability (art. 20) — to receive your data in a structured format.
Right to object (art. 21) — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdrawal of consent (art. 7.3) — to withdraw consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
